Of equal importance, a reliable plant operation can only be built with dedicated, hard-working employees. At Rheogistics, we are proud of our employees and their commitment to our company and the surrounding community of Picayune, Mississippi. As many of our employees are Picayune natives, they take great pride in being part of a grassroots American manufacturing company built in their hometown. Built in Picayune on a green field site, many of these same employees literally watched Rheogistics grow—from the ground up—into a major supplier of lubricants for rigid PVC.
Founded on July 4, 2000, Rheogistics was privately financed by its management. The plant started production in mid-2003 with one production line in an 8,000-square-foot facility on five acres. Earnings have been reinvested to support incremental growth, and today, Rheogistics operates three production lines in a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on ten acres. We have sufficient production capacity to supply half the North American needs for our type of products.
